Do invoices meet legal requirements?

Yes, all invoices contain all requirements under the VAT Act (§29) and the Accounting Act, including QR codes for payments. The system automatically checks required fields.

How does bank synchronization work?

You set your bank to forward its incoming-payment e-mail notifications to your matching address. The system reads the amount and the variable symbol out of them, matches the payment to an invoice, and marks it paid on a full match. Statements can also be uploaded as CSV.

How does the AI assistant work?

The AI assistant understands natural language. Tell it, for example, “Create an invoice for Company ABC for consulting, 5,000 CZK” and it will prepare it. It can also create invoices from free-form text (NLP), recognize scanned documents, analyze income, and predict cash flow. It includes an AI bookkeeper (automatic expense categorization, deduction suggestions) and a financial advisor (cash flow analysis, tax optimization).

How is my data protected?

All communication is encrypted with 256-bit SSL. Data is stored on secure servers in the EU. The system is fully GDPR compliant and offers a complete data export. Two-factor authentication (2FA/TOTP) is available and sensitive data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM.

Yes, we support importing contacts, invoices, expenses, and products from CSV and Excel files. The import wizard automatically recognizes columns and suggests mapping. You can preview data before importing.

For each invoice, you can generate a shareable payment link with a QR code. The customer clicks the link, selects a payment gateway (GoPay, Stripe, Comgate, ThePay, PayPal, or Besteron), and pays. The payment is automatically matched with the invoice.

Yes, you can invoice in EUR, USD, GBP, and other currencies. Exchange rates are automatically fetched from the Czech National Bank (CNB) and the conversion to CZK is calculated as of the invoice issue date.
